In short, Brandon’s program has been nothing short of extraordinary. He is friendly, patient, inclusive, and most importantly, exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about strength training.
His coaching is highly personalized: the program is built around your goals, with close attention to nutrition, recovery, and overall well-being. He’s very accessible, responds quickly to questions, and schedules regular one-on-one check-ins.
Training phases are refreshed about every four weeks, which keeps the work engaging and effective.
To give you some context for how well this works in practice, here’s a bit of my story. About three years ago, I had to give up running due to a stiff gait.
I had been a lifelong runner, and at 67 years old, that change was both physically and mentally challenging.
Although I felt intimidated by strength training, I came across Brandon’s program and decided to give it a try after he carefully explained what we could realistically accomplish together.
We set an initial goal of gaining 5 pounds of lean muscle. I started in the summer of 2023 at about 135 pounds and was quite thin at the time.
Since then, I’ve achieved that 5-pound lean-muscle goal three separate times and currently weigh 150 pounds.
