In short, Brandon’s program has been nothing short of extraordinary. He is friendly, patient, inclusive, and most importantly, exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about strength training.
His coaching is highly personalized: the program is built around your goals, with close attention to nutrition, recovery, and overall well-being. He’s very accessible, responds quickly to questions, and schedules regular one-on-one check-ins.
Training phases are refreshed about every four weeks, which keeps the work engaging and effective.
To give you some context for how well this works in practice, here’s a bit of my story. About three years ago, I had to give up running due to a stiff gait.
I had been a lifelong runner, and at 67 years old, that change was both physically and mentally challenging.
Although I felt intimidated by strength training, I came across Brandon’s program and decided to give it a try after he carefully explained what we could realistically accomplish together.
We set an initial goal of gaining 5 pounds of lean muscle. I started in the summer of 2023 at about 135 pounds and was quite thin at the time.
Since then, I’ve achieved that 5-pound lean-muscle goal three separate times and currently weigh 150 pounds.

Courtney Drake
Working with Brandon has been life-changing. After an accident in 2020, I struggled to regain strength in my legs, and I haven't been able to walk comfortably for several years.
I've worked with personal trainers in the past, but they didn't listen to my concerns nor provided workouts that adequately addressed my issue. I took a chance on Brandon when I was at the end of my rope, and in our initial conversations he made me feel very comfortable and heard.
After a little over a year in the program, I've recently been able to walk without any pain or fatigue, and I couldn't be happier. For the past year, Brandon has been reliable, responsive, and knowledgeable.
He's always available when I have questions or am struggling with an exercise or meal plan; I truly feel that I have someone in my corner coaching me through the sessions.
Tracking nutrition is onerous, and the workouts are grueling, but the consistent effort has been worth it. Brandon is a genuine gem in this saturated market of personal trainers, and I am grateful to work with him.

Over the past two years, Brandon was my fitness trainer.
Before I met Brandon, I would regularly go to the gym and do what I thought I was supposed to do to gain muscle.
Also, I didn't take my sleep and my nutrition into consideration Working with Brandon has been very educational and helpful.
I've become stronger, wiser and way more committed to fitness than ever before. While every day is still a struggle, Brandon helped push me out of my comfort zone and push through no matter how I feel or what happens.
One challenge I've always had is fear of my decade old shoulder injury, which had held me back a lot. But Brandon encouraged me to face my fear and take the necessary steps to move forward.
Since then, I've learned what I'm capable of and I'm proud of the progress I've made since working with him.I want to thank Brandon for all he's done for me.
He's answered all my questions (no matter how annoying lmao) and is always responsive (literally just a text away).
