Flexability and Postural Assessment focuses primarily on assessing your baseline physical capabilities that involves you recording specific workouts to gauge your overall posture.

Body Composition Assessement
Focusing on seeing your baseline measurements and metrics such as your overall body weight as well as BMI and other related information.

Cardio Assessment
Cardio Assesments although not required can be benefical to gauge different aspects of cardiovascular health and well being.

Measurements
While measuring bodyweight is a great method for seeing your progress. Although not required but a very benefical method is taking measurements of different segments of your body to see progression in a much more signifigant and intricate way.

Photographs
Photographs are a great method for seeing your progress during the program such as before and after photos. Seeing the changes you've made over the duration of the program with your physical apperance.
