Step 3: Program Design
Your comprehensive program includes each of these components required for success.

There are four basic components that include flexibility exercise, resistance training, cardiovascular exercise as well as my unique approach to coaching and accountability.

Flexability (Warm Up and Cool Down Phase)
Flexability Workouts or the Warm Up and Cool Down Phase of the workout and how you should start every workout. These stretches are used to promote injury prevention as well as recovery.

Resistance Training (Main Phase)
Resistance Training is the primary focus and the main phase of the workout. This can involve focus on various muscles including workout splits. Such as targeting muscles like back and biceps, chest and triceps, shoulders, legs, etc.

Cardiovascular Exercise
Cardiovascular exercise can often be included into various types of workout regimens. The primary focus of cardiovascular exercise is to focus on optimizing the fat burning process depending on your specific goals.

Coaching
Throughout the course of your workout one of the most important aspects is to have somebody cheering you on. My goal as a coach is to provide accountability, encourage you through the process and keep you on track towards reaching your ideal fitness goal.
